Dr. Philip Taylor

Dr Philip Taylor is a Senior Research Associate at the University of Cambridge. He has researched and written extensively in the field of age and employment over many years. Interests include individual orientations to work and retirement, employers' attitudes and practices towards older workers and the role of public policy in combating age barriers in the labour market.
