Workforce Aging in the New Economy

European Union Team

Dianne Hinds

Dianne Hinds is Research Associate at the University of Cambridge having previously been researching in a range of contexts and settings, primarily within the public sector. Core to her professional trajectory in social science research has been a focus on implementation, innovation and change, with work consistently positioned at the 'cutting edge' of innovatory practices. Key research interests include health and well-being at work, organization and staff development directed towards service improvement, and communities of practice.

She has undertaken a number of research studies beyond the academic sector, including developing participatory research-based partnerships addressing social exclusion issues. This reflects her personal commitment to applied research and establishing research partnerships beyond academic contexts.
